The hotel seems to prioritize dining over guest accommodations!!! Rooms are noisy due to the main road, and dated fittings need attention. A designated lounge area for hotel guests would be a nice touch too!!!

I had a wonderful time discovering Lancaster Castle, which is just under 7 km away, and enjoyed the lovely walks along Lancaster Canal, only a short distance to explore, making my city strolls truly unforgettable during my stay.

I had a delightful stay with delicious hearty meals, especially the compelling salt and pepper halloumi starter, and enjoyed a cozy atmosphere that felt very safe. I'd definitely visit again!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a chill time. The beer garden is gorgeous and perfect for some sun. The room was basic but comfy, just a bit noisy due to a fan outside our window. Great selection at the bar, loved the homey feel. Breakfast was on us at a nearby cafe, which was fab!
